The 5 Best Personal Finance Reads Of July!
LINKS MARKED * ARE AFFILIATE LINKS.
Can you believe the weekend is upon us again? I have to say I’m looking forward to mine. We don’t get much sun over here in the UK, not proper sun anyway. So when the sun is out in full force you really have to make the most of it. My wife and I have got a lovely weekend planned with the Kids and we’re also going to be meeting up with some good friends at the local park for a barbecue.
With the weekend upon us it’s also time for my monthly personal finance reading list. I’ve read many great posts around the web this month but I’ve taken the time to list my top five below for you to enjoy. My favourite of these posts came from Mr.CBB over @ The Canadian Budget Binder. The post shows just how important it is for us to set a good example for our kids when it comes to financial matters. Many of us have become far too used to getting out the plastic to pay for our wants and not our needs. We also don’t save as much money as we really should. Mr.CBB’s blog helps us to see the importance of budgeting and saving for the future and this particular blog post shows what an amazing effect these principles can have on our kids and even generations after that, be sure to take a look.
